"Music has been my life since I can first remember.  I have know nothing else but the pure joy and pleasure of performing this fine art.  Music has taught me many valuable lessons and helped me weather many storms.  My wish is to share the great passion with my students and teach them to love this wonderful art that is in all of us."

- Music classroom instruction is in accordance with TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills) scope and sequence for Music.

- Students develop musical skills by engaging in music activities such as singing, movement, improvision, music reading and writing, and performing music on Orff instruments.

- Classroom instruction encompasses various musical teaching strategies and styles including Orrf, Dalcroze, Laban, Suzuki and Kodaly.
